Matthew 22:15-21: “Therefore render to Caesar the things that are Caesar's and to God the things that are God's.” The 10% "tithe" requirement isn't biblical for New Covenant believers. Scripture teaches cheerful, grace-motivated giving rather than compulsory percentages.
